OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for non-personalized items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. For personalized items, we will offer a refund or exchange for damaged in shipping items only, but you must contact us within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible.
To be eligible for a total refund (less shipping), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund within 3-5 business days, please contact us at apamperedplace@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 business days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at apamperedplace@gmail.com. You will receive a postage paid label via email to return your item.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or you can choose to receive another item of the same price.
ABOUT SALES TAX
Sales taxes are built into the prices of your purchase at this time.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: A Pampered Place, 103 Estates Way, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the return of damaged items only. For refunds, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
